Shipping Policy
Orders will be shipped via USPS within 1 week of the order date. Customer may request a different shipping carrier (FedEx, UPS, etc.), or shipping insurance, for which customer covers additional cost. I do not claim responsibility for goods damaged in transit.

Return Policy
Items may be returned within 14 days in saleable condition, in original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the original order was shipped with incorrect items or defective goods. Refunds for incorrect or defective items will be made if customer contacts me within 5 days of receiving the order.

Cancellations & Change Policy
Cancellations and order changes must be submitted within 24 hours of the original order.

Thank you for ordering from Charles Of Lloyd. We hope you are pleased with your order, however if you wish to return your purchase we will happily refund or exchange items that are sent back to us within 14 days of receipt. All we ask is that you return items in a sellable condition, unwashed or damaged, with the original packaging and labelling intact, except in the case of faulty products.

Exchanges - Although we are not able to refund P&P charges or returns postage, we won’t charge to send an exchanged item to you. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received, and will be subject to our stock availability.

For Walls
Return/exchange policy: If the order isn't what you expected please email hello@weareforwalls.com within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return and refund. If you'd like to exchange it for something else that's fine too, simply send us details of the item you'd like instead. If a print arrives damaged please email immediately and keep the item and packaging used.

Returns Policy
You can return items within 14 days as long as they are in their original condition.
Once we receive your items we will issue a refund within 7 days. All refunds exclude postage costs.

Damage
If your product is received damaged in the post, please notify us immediately and keep hold of the product and packaging. We will then advise you on the best course of action but will require a photo of the damaged item to claim compensation from the shipping provider.

Loss
Please contact us if your order has not arrived within 3 weeks of dispatch. This is to allow for any customs/postal service delays that may be affecting the delivery of your prints.

Jason Wood
Items will be ready to ship within 1 – 3 business days once your order has been placed and payment received. If a delay is expected, the buyer will be notified immediately.

All items are packaged carefully in acid-free paper and rolled into a cardboard postage tube. 

United Kingdom: All parcels are packaged and sent from Central London. Parcels are sent via UK Royal Mail. Expected delivery is usually within 1 – 3 business days. 

International: Sent via Royal Mail International Standard. Expected delivery is usually 3 – 5 business days in Europe and 5 – 7 business days for the rest of the world.

Buyers are eligible for a refund if a request is made within 14 days of receiving the item and it is returned in its original condition. Buyers will be credited with a refund once the item has been received and inspected. The buyer is responsible for return postage. The seller does not take responsibility for damage inflicted during or after postage and once the item is in use. 

Please make sure you have read the item description carefully and taken a good look at the photographs to ensure that your selection is the right one. Please note due to the nature of the printing techniques applied, there may be slight differences in your particular print. Rest assured, you will never be sent an inferior print, and these inconsistencies only add more pepper to your pasta!

We hope you’re delighted with your Mostly Flat purchase, but just in case you’re not...
We’re happy to offer refunds (minus postage and packaging) for items returned to Mostly Flat in original unused condition within 14 working days of delivery. Drop us a line on hello@mostlyflat.co.uk and we’ll confirm the return address. Please note that return postage is at your expense.
All items are shipped in sturdy packaging with proof of postage so they should reach you in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged please keep the packaging so we can file a claim with Royal Mail.


Original Replica
All sales are final. We do not accept returns unless it is due to our fault of shipping a wrong order. 
Any claims made after 30 days, cannot be considered.

We do not offer refunds. We will replace faulty goods on a case by case basis if adequate evidence is provided.


Queen of the Track
Returns accepted for faulty items. No returns accepted if the customer simply doesn’t like the item.
Returns back to Queen of the Track paid for by the customer.
Faulty items will be exchanged for a new item – the postage of which will be covered by Queen of the Track.

We do not offer refunds. We will replace faulty goods on a case by case basis if adequate evidence is provided.
